Wow what can I say about alert for a start what a fantastic instructor very honest and straight talking ,my son is very nervous and uncomfortable with people he doesn’t know but mark put him at ease from the start very supportive and understanding and kept me up to date with his progress always, he said he would be ready January and would do it and he delivered and even helped him with his theory that he also passed first time I couldn’t thank this man enough for the great work he does .
